Capping the share price seems a strange way to get the maximum...

    Capping the share price seems a strange way to get the maximum value out of shares you are trying to sell?

    Could it be that one entity is capping in order to gain the shares another is selling, trying to get hold of them under a certain price point?

    Or have they been selling their holding down and now trying to cap the price to buy them back cheaper?
