Normally this close to announcement there is a build up but I guess the reaction after the last quarterly was so negative that punters are holding back. I expect when details of the POC are available coupled with news from UK, specifically where the CR money is being spent and then for desert another contract or two........... then we will have a major re-rate and will be hitting new highs and I really believe this is happening within the next 2 months. The SP now is being held back by some very talented manipulators and will only be stopped by big volume buys and meantime they are accumulating, would be interesting to see who has been accumulating.
