got some more on close, if somebody wants to sell in the 17c I will buy more, don't think its being held back by instos, its just no action, no big contracts with the raise money, sure the big guys sold a heap off to make a few bucks especially when they saw no immediate use of funds except for operational use, ALC will have to show gains in next qtr to hold the current price or surprise us with a big contract win or some good inroads maybe into the US. still a good company to be in. imo
