Looks like bulls are buying up the 18 on the sell side, sellers drying up and no longer selling into 17.5 today. If you’ve been following the reported daily shorts from the ASX over the last few days, the number of shorts are gradually decelerating, but hard to read what has been going on these past few days due to the T+4 days time lag.
Overall, it’s holding well for a low volume day. We’ll be north of 20 in no time, unless there are more bears waiting in the shadows wanting out on this beaut, which I’m happy to ride out given the fundamentals.
Today’s close will be interesting to watch.
