Just looking at the various Inclusion Requirements for the different Index Lists, which get re-shuffled in March.

At current Market Cap, it looks like ALC should make it into the All Ordinaries Index (XAO).

To get into the S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries Index, it looks like a Market Cap of around $440m would be needed.

Getting into at least the XAO will be huge for ALC as it can be a requirement for many funds (and especially Super Funds) that a company must be in the XAO as a minimum for it to be eligible to be bought into a fund.
