I smell credit raise. This time the sp was down that much before the TechKnow Conference could be intentional dump to lower the price in order to attract investment.
Be careful, whether it happen or not just don't get too much surprised.

Mr Hinsley said if a company was valued too highly at listing, this would limit its after-market potential.
"You have to make sure that there is value left to ensure after-market performance. If you pitch too high a valuation you may get the raising away, but there won't be the buzz.
"There is a blue print to these listings … you have to make sure the valuation is attractive enough to not only raise the money, but be many times oversubscribed."
