I don't understand why they were not in there buying as many shares as they were allowed to at the cheaper prices either. So far the buyback does not make one bit of sense to me....
Several days so far zero shares have been bought back and one day I remember with less than 10,000.
I would also think they would like to buy back as many shares as they can before the ex dividend date too in order to reduce the amount they have to pay our for dividends....
Again the ONLY reason I can think of is that HUGE bad news in on the way and they are keeping their poweder dry.
In any event the price of the shares stinks plain and simple.
