I wouldn't be concerned with that Joe. They've told me there's no material financials, so no money is crossing over. Also, I highly doubt they are acquiring another company. They mentioned Canada in their last webinar and said they would begin with a 1 man band on the ground, and even that is medium term.
No idea about Novari's capability, not experts enough to understand/know. But I doubt they would create an alliance unless there was genuine upside.
But I know you're generally peed off, so nothing I say will probably make a difference to you! But just telling you the way I see it
