As one of the founders she probably feels “entitled” to that wage - unfortunately this overlooks the fact it is a public company owned by its shareholders. I for one think she should lead by example in the cost cutting initiative and take a modest pay cut - future uplifts tied to turnover improving and new contracts.
I guess ultimately the opportunity to voice (and vote) is the AGM.
