I don’t care whether male, female or an alien masquerading as a human - a CEO has only one mission and that is to deliver results (by running the business effectively and adapting and making changes according to market conditions).
I don’t care what awards anyone has won either - nice to have on the mantelpiece but that’s the past and although one would hope it would indicate a positive endorsement for the future it is very subjective.
I don’t have a particular axe to grind about the CEO apart from results - the CEO has put on a positive spin (as they should providing there is some substance to it and I note KQ has a background in Sales and Marketing) that’s the easy bit now deliver results.
