How about this idea, as an extension of the above?

We (ALC) look for brand new hospitals yet to be built. To gain a foothold we offer to supply our own software modules as a package based on our Miya A.I. platform at no charge for a period e.g. 12 months and a prior agreed price thereafter.

There should be a proviso that the hospital allows us to have independently audited statistics for patient outcomes like our previous claims the NHS-UK-audited reduction of up to two thirds in cardiac arrests, staff satisfaction, staff comments from experienced staff about how much time they spent elsewhere on patient notes compared with the new hospital, patient flow and patient safety, treatment errors avoided from our software, hospital management estimates of financial savings etc. Those statistics can be shown to other potential customers.
