I suppose I've posted as a small holder because I can't see that the Alcoa WA venture would want to delay anything that gets them reliable energy supplies - it's just not in their interest ( I worked for them many years ago and their deposits are great)
And I haven't seen anything to say that they are delaying it

You should research the WA bauxite /alumina industry further

Sure they might delay expansion but this is probably because their own usage and Japanese usage has slowed significantly due to Chinese competition
Maybe they are looking to sell to the Chinese

Have a good look at BAU and see where growth potential for WA lies (that's one I have more than a small interest in and why I took a look at TSV)
