Well based on the absolutely shocking SP performance over what seems like forever since Alcoa deal was pencilled...and the lack of any other material progress of any kind updated to the market in the interim ....I genuinely hope they sign the deal a couple of days after the end of the month .....he loses his 1m 'performance" shares and Alcoa still goes ahead ...as I for one don't think he has done jack to deserve a single performance share.
