BTW, I think Firsova is totally right about where we need to head now (and if only the board had listened 6-12 months ago).
On a separate note, I would be interested in posters being able to identify specific company updates that (with the benefit of hindsight) were misleading or deceptive.
I am a lawyer and I would be interested in considering the prospects of going Frank and his cohorts....
