There were some legal obligations that the original IP holders had in regards to the landfill (I think). MHM took that on when they secured the IP. It would be interesting to see what they are.
It always struck me as a bit dodgy if MHM didnt release the details and the legal obligations were on the board members who were also making the decision to take on the IP.
Also a few posters on HC mentioned they had been specifically told by management (in meetings) that there was some special "chemical IP" which was the differentiator for the MHM process. They can probably provide more details as it sounds like that claim was false. Will see if I can find the nicks for you if you like and you can contact them for more info.
