They have this year to work through stockpile and then 160,000 tons of landfill to process before there's no more work in oz for them.
160,000 / lets say 800 tpweek (optimistically) = 200 weeks or about 4 years, more likely 5. That's providing it is in a condition to be extracted and processed.
If they are not operational in America by then ..
