sandune ald also has two other islands next to simberi island that simberi gold has to spend money on for development to get a share in them. so maybe that negates your supposed discount for simberi gold. i agree with you this is not a good stock to purchase at the present but i already hold it and am not into getting milked by brokers churning my stocks
