Anyone who knows BK understands that being "BLACKLISTED" is never getting a phone call again. Clearly you can't be restricted for selling.
The asset is incredible and the board/management team are talented, aggressive and extremely focussed. I believe they will deliver on a number of fronts. Projects like this a few and far between which will excite a number of majors when the rigs start turning and results start churning out.
This IPO is incredibly tight and the major investors are committed to the long term. So yes there will be a strong demand in the aftermarket but this is because BW equities have managed the IPO process extremely well.
