Aldi confirms it will not sell Australia day merchandise

Supermarket giant Aldi joins Woolworths and confirms it won't be selling any Australia Day merchandise ahead of the long weekend.

Aussies on social media were divided over the move.

'I'm gonna celebrate it more and more every year! I refuse to give in to the woke bull****' one said.

Another declared: 'Doesn't Australia Day celebrate genocide? Who wants to celebrate that?'
