I guess you could say Woolies research, business plan and strategy were all massively flawed before
they decided to move ahead with the Masters roll out.
They allowed Bunnings too many years gaining a foot hold before finally moving with their response.
Richard Goyder must have been ecstatic that he was allowed so much open slather from the opposition.
