There is no mystery to the SP.
Todays dump at the close to engineer another artificial closing low is VWAP driven.
Presumably fortrend know that MNM is soon to call on a large chunk of the $10 million facility, and want as many shares as possible for that transaction.
The S7 tender referred to in the last MNM AR is the obvious play involved.
An unlikely to be repeated buying opp is being offered to the clued in as a result.
