Looks like the

**Mid June 2013 - Ministers’ letter issued to preferred Respondents - Probably pushed out to October / November ( possibly just shy of when Exergen announced a break down in the CAG Merger )

**Mid September 2013 (Maximum of 3 months after
date of Minister’s Letter) - hmmm how far do you think this has now been pushed out to...xmas break and January start up... might put presure on the oppies expiry date, but with the probable extension you would have to imagine that they would be a very good punt for getting over the line in the first quater of 2014... hopefully the extension isnt needed.

I think management have done well with putting a potential oppies extension on the table.
