ale to underwrite a deep drilling program

Hello Everyone,
Well that's what I've come up with after 'Sleeping on' the recent Two Days of Announcements here.
You see Questions have always been there as to what may lay deeper at Redbank.Yesterdays Shareholder Update indicates that Mr. Morin has great experience in the Deep Mining area of things and was actually instrumental in the design of 50 Ton Electric powered Trucks for an underground Mining operation.
From what I can see the Underwriting of an RBM Share Issue(of $3.5 Mill.) to advance a Deep Drilling Program etc. would need to come from outside of RBM and as we go ahead here and ALE may virtually Take Over RBM via collecting the Shares which are not taken up RBM Shareholders.Needless to say a Prospectus will be needed with any Issue by RBM and I think we could well see an Update re Copperado etc. before any Share Issue here. Yep,looks like Mr. Morin likes something here and I wonder how many RBM Shareholders have any funds left from the Market in general to subscribe to an Issue here, therefore it is a good time for ALE to move into RBM. PERHAPS ALE are about to sell of their Stem Cell Bank project to move in here. All in all,the present low Copper Prices make it a good Time for exploration because many drilling rigs etc. will be available. I have to go now because my Christmas Visitors have just arrived, and they're NOT M.K. and his Clan, GoneSurfing.
