Muppet - Stage two finished a few weeks ago. I have had that confirmed. In saying that, they needed it verified etc so not sure how long all that takes.
Twin question - Previously you have said several times yu expect BBI to annouce a formal deal after the end of phase two - Why would they announce the deal before the ramp up when there is still the potential for things to go wrong? (I am not saying or implying they will though) My personal thoughts are they have already signed a HOT agreement which would outline the terms of the deal once it hit the right perameters or better....... why would they sign the deal before the risk is completely removed?
