I don't see a buy-out coming to pass, even if Alere/BBI wanted one, M&G has too many profitable uses outside of BBI's sphere and it would short change shareholders massively in the long run. The trick for GC et al will be courting them enough to lock in a deal without ever fully consummating the relationship that way we don't get you know what-ed.
