Watching the politics of Malawi wrt PDN lately? If the local opposition gets in, they might nationalise the works , who knows and pouof PDN. (Had to add the "u" cos without it HC calls it "profanity" haha)

Thats why I believe in fortress Oz and espesh the NT for now. THR is a FREE CALL OPTION ON OZZIE URANIUM and even its bread and butter developments are under-rated by its current market cap. Should be a nice winner coming up soon and in the mid term and hopefully moreso in the long term.
