You must be very inexperienced as there are plenty of cases where directors brought shares and the price fell afterwards - whilst it may be an indicator it is certainly not a guarantee.
Remember these same directors weren't even aware of the info that caused the plunge!
Some of the ramping here is reminiscent of the LOK fundamentalists.
