    One can not say yet that it has bottomed - however indicators are looking more positive than of late that a bottom may be close

    To me it is just sitting above the recent support level and still needs to continue to show higher moves-conversely the MACD is attempting to above the signal line that will be confirmation of a bullish indicator.
