Portland Makes PHY a Goldmine Okay I was wrong. I never thought the environmental planning would be approved for PHY at Portland.

Now however PHY has an incredible advantage.

The demand for green power and renewable energy credits is going gangbusters. PHY has no real competitors with the same scale and at the same point in the development pipeline.

The big power retailers such as TXU, AGL and Origin are begging for the green juice that only PHY can squirt out.

This is so cheap it's ridiculous IMO. $6 is not out of the question by the end of this year.
