While I hate to feed the troll, someone who has seemingly researched this should well know Lake has $0.05 options expiring on 4 April 2018, these in-the-money options will be progressively converted over the coming 20 weeks which should avoid any shortfall in debt security repayment.
If we're trading in any manner such that it's not advantageous for these $0.05 option holders to exercise... we're looking at substantial losses for shareholders in any case.
There is nothing to worry about with respect to this debt instrument (and I think you probably know this too)
