this is essentially an 'accidental discovery' not related to the 500 tonne bulk sample. think of it as an inside tip that the bulk sample will definately contain diamonds. Stock price will push much higher, and the fool that suggested raising capital would be too difficult, i think you will find that in 6 months time, a placement will most likely be done at 4 bucks quite easily.
