I agree 100% director's can't just talk rubbish and pretend they didn't know, a court case just doesn't rockup, they knew it was coming back then because they felt something was going to happen with the vendor.
Somehow they knew about a backlog surely they would've known about a court case looming one would think.
Any way did anyone go to the AGM and was there any mention of rescuing the options or they stil adamant that they are now worthless?
