    I have been through the court transcript and find the case nothing more than a bogus ambit claim which has no legal legs upon which to stand. MLS has done everything perfectly legally. The judge did not make his decision on any points of law whatsoever and I agree with the Board that a High Court Appeal is definitely in order. I also hear that the company might be laying fraud charges against the vendor to prove their point. He has most definitely committed fraud under both the Closed Corporations Act and under Contract Law. Tread cautiously. I was once of you opinion until I read the transcript.
