I'm thinking I will wait for tomorrow to go short. UK markets will probably push higher inititally tonight so could give us a push up tomorrow. (Presuming that the US markets stay reasonably positive).
My only concern is that RIO is consolidating near the highs so this could be seen as bullish. But it has struggled to make new highs over the past few weeks so I'm thinking it would take some very positive news to push it a lot higher.
Commy - what do you use for your short position, I'm assuming you are not using deriviaties given that you plan to hold for a while.
