    I think this statment is the highlight of the report and read into it the following--

    FMG could supply access to rail at the point of existing line with appropiate loading facilities through to shipping. (or various combinations)
    Rio could do same or different ! Aquila !

    Any of these Companies and FMS would require confidential negotiations to occur.

    FMS would have their OK to use agreed information to be used in WPs/DFS build.

    Then again--I could be off the rails...
