If Hawke attempts to deport Djokovic then I believe Anthony Kelly will step in a grant an injunction to prevent that. Kelly has already alluded to the fact that he wants to be immediately informed if Hawke tries that on.
If the govt are convinced the judge was in error then they should appeal or recall parliament to change the laws.
We are going to look an international dictatorship if the govt can just ignore the law of the land.
