Ben I never read that report, I figured it all out myself before the event, an old school friend bought one of those franchises so I followed it pretty closely.
In what universe does a company with a low cost base of $25 mill that was struggling to make money get bought ($125M) and flipped and now valued at $500 mill?
To many thought Dick was actually involved when he was out a decade or more before.
