The problem is that it appears there was never really a backup plan or any attempt to negotiate deals surrounding contracts in the event of a sustained lull...it's still in a lull and the talk of a higher uranium price continues and at this rate could for some time..instead of being proactive pdn has barely even been reactive towards economic circumstances.
Care and maintenance should have been implemented about a year or 2 back..it has been extremely frustrating to see a company with so much potential erode away. Personally I don't plan on ever touching it until the price drops another 95% and at least some smart strategic business decisions are made.
