Alex from Ark Invest: Ticker Symbol You, has just put up a new video on VR with specific reference to VR1. It is well worth a watch and listen.

Below is a brief summary:

Cathie Wood from ARK Invest has AR/VR placed as one of the 'Big Ideas' for '21, disrupting every market from car design to brain surgery. The digital worlds are not just about gaming or travel. VR will change the face of engineering, open new doors in surgery, health care/medicine and in architectural design concepts.

The virtual worlds have been a long-time evolving but breakthroughs are beginning. With gaming about to see significant incremental growth.

There is then some discussion and simulated examples of what is being developed with surgery, including brain surgery.

VR software can change a specific patients 2D scans into a custom 3D world to then navigate. Your anatomy turned into VR. Enabling doctors to practice different approaches to individualise surgeries in advance, to simulate multiple different approaches. In real-life, a doctor/surgeon may only have one shot to get it right.

There is discussion how VR will assist therapists with new patient approaches enabling a patient to experience increasingly more stressful environments.

**rielle Sorentino (VR1 CEO) is then interviewed. VR can be used in almost every industry, whereby one can connect easily to software and peers collaboratively in a virtual world, whilst annotating in the 3D space in real time.

VR1 being mentioned with some 'big boys' - I like that.
