i noticed today in a takeover bid for TEX (oil and gas company operating in USA) from ODN & AVD (who have set up a private co. called blaze asset pty ltd) which happens to have our alex bajada as director.
might i also add that the off market takeover is an absolute joke and alex for be ashamed.
well seems like his focus is staying further from exm.
