The only problem with that is when the company rolled out the Pilot testing, the first one thousand users had the app to use for two weeks, this is paid exercise organised by Airloyal
but what happened is that those users only made 3 messages each on average.... during the WHOLE 2 weeks.
The company described that as a "high level of engagement."
As for phone calls, they made one call a day.. nothing more
Why do you think such a small number of phone calls and messages considering it is free and supposedly works well on 2G etc. ?
A problem with the app, users not worming up to it enough or what ?
