A disgruntled cop penned a six-page letter to the state's police commissioner laden with COVID-19 conspiracy theories and sent it to the entire NSW Police force at 1am.
Titled 'Open Letter to the Commissioner: Tyranny of Government, or Best Interests of the People?', the document was sent on October 26, five months after NSW came out of lockdown.
It was signed off by Senior Constable Alexander Cooney, a highway patrol officer from Coffs Harbour, north of Sydney, and called into questioned the legitimacy of the state's coronavirus response.
