I agree that open cut will be a big plus for Paris etc but it has taken a long time for IVR to finish drilling Paris. SIR is a lot more advanced, it has JORC's for Nova and Bollinger. Also Paris's JORC will be much smaller than them. If Alexander etc look like having economic grades of ore lets hope that IVR get a move along and drill them much more quickly.
