I bought BSG cheaply so I wasn't complaining. I can understand some people being upset particularly if they bought above the sale price.

I might add the asset was sold in 2007 so one could argue that it was impeccable timing to sell the asset. The share price would have been much less than what shareholders got if you consider what the share price would have been in late 2008 if they didn't sell. It all depends upon ones perspective.

The main asset was in Mexico so difficult to say we sold off the family silver. IVR though has an Australian asset so yes I would like to see it remain an Australian asset that benefits Australian shareholders. At the same time if we get $3 a share to sell it off I won't complain. I will just diversify and focus on building up income and wait for the next opportunity whether that be in the banks, real estate or whatever.
