This is to advise that Alexanders Securities Ltd has entered into a
conditional agreement in respect of a possible investment in a
company involved in non-embryonic stem cell related products,
services and research. Completion of the agreement is subject to due
diligence and other conditions.

If the transaction proceeds, a minority interest will be acquired and
the amount of the investment will be in the region of $1,000,000
which is proposed to be financed by an equity issue.

CHP and SCX are the largest shareholders in ALE and could double from here if ALE has a run.
