    ALE have announced that they are looking to invest in stem cell technologies.

    They are .10 bid no sellers at present.

    If this stock gets moving, take a look at Chapmans CHP and Sthn Cross SCX, both have 20% of ALE and may sell some stock into any rise to raise cash
