    Seems to me that no appendix 3A or notification of becoming a substantial holder has come through from Alexander resources.

    Also they are supposed to buy $500,000 of shares on market between date of AGM and 31 December. Volume would suggest a long way to go.

    Anybody got any ideas on what the rules are and what is going on?
