I agree, however if i was to read between the lines there must have been some positive indication to Mr Ding that the funds are likely/close to being secured - hence the flurry of announced studies that could have been completed/kicked-off far earlier.

If i had to guess funding (or part of it) is very close to being worked out. Why else would all these studies be kicked off in such a short period?

We also have the MOU's with the companies which states, i believe 5% of the capital for each party.
