    No 3rd party was ever going to co-fund a project that was in litigation.
    As a recent announcement alluded to the litigation with Sundance was sorted out.

    My own expectation is, the next announcement deals with the Sundance settlement, and once that is out of the way the flood gates open to move forward rapidly.
