If "we" were Bestway, we'd be shareholders in Bestway, not ANS.
Bestway Finance Ltd is a separate company, and it's parent is Coconut Logic Holdings PTE LTD.
No offence, but your keyboard skills suggest you are not a shareholder in that private company.

So I'd be reviewing what "consortium" means.

What still isn't clear is our standing within this consortium.
Hopefully any [long overdue] ANS company announcement will spell this out, once and for all.
